a. What’s Included:

General upkeep of the site (including hosting and email service payments)

Ongoing availability for reasonable content or structural updates

Basic troubleshooting and support

b. Custom Pricing:
The cost of the Maintenance Package may vary based on the size and complexity of the project.

For example, an eCommerce website will generally incur a higher fee than a simple landing page.

All pricing displayed on this Website is subject to change without notice.

c. Third-Party Costs:
The package fee includes my service charges and the cost of third-party services I manage on your behalf (e.g., DigitalOcean for hosting, email platforms).

While under the package, these services are paid for by me and reimbursed by you as part of your monthly fee.

d. Monthly Payment Requirement:
Clients must set up a standing order to pay the Maintenance Package fee on a monthly basis.

If a payment is not received, I reserve the right to take the website offline for that month and pause all maintenance-related services.

e. Cancelling the Maintenance Package:
If you wish to stop the maintenance service, you must notify me and request that the hosting and service accounts be transferred into your name and credit card.

If you fail to do this, I am not responsible for continued hosting or email service costs, and your website may be taken offline.

4. User Submissions
If you contact me through the Website, you agree not to send anything illegal, abusive, or misleading. I reserve the right to ignore or remove any submissions I believe violate this rule.
